these past few years

has been more

a

disease

a configuration of heartache

chock full of

deceit 

my heart

is heavy

and in need of release

in order to move on

I must find a cure 

this won't be easy

of that, I can assure

I'll need one deep breath

and a wicked

strong spine

that starts with this long wooden post
